1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FreeVidAI, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have read and agree to these Terms
• You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

2. Description of Service

FreeVidAI provides an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to generate videos using artificial intelligence technology. Our Service operates on a credit-based system where users earn credits by completing third-party offers, referring friends, watching advertisements, or purchasing credit packages.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

3.2 One Account Per Person

You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse the credit system, referral program, or offers is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent banning of all associated accounts.

3.3 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent activity
• VPN or proxy use to manipulate offers
• Creating fake referrals
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit the platform

4. Credits and Offers

4.1 How Credits Work

Credits are virtual currency used to generate videos on our platform. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, except where explicitly stated in our referral cash reward program.

4.2 Earning Credits

You may earn credits by:

• Completing verified offers through our third-party CPA partners
• Referring new users who complete their first offer
• Watching rewarded advertisements
• Daily login bonuses and streaks
• Purchasing credit packages

4.3 Offer Integrity

You agree to complete all third-party offers honestly and in good faith. You must NOT:

• Use a VPN, proxy, or IP masking service when completing offers
• Create fake accounts or use false information in offers
• Attempt to complete offers multiple times fraudulently
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete offers

Violation of these rules will result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Forfeiture of all credits
• Possible reporting to our CPA network partners

4.4 Credit Expiration

Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Inactive accounts (no login for 365 days) may have credits forfeited with 30 days advance notice by email.

5. Referral Program

5.1 Program Rules

Our referral program awards credits and cash bonuses for referring new users. To qualify:

• The referred user must be a genuinely new user (not yourself or an existing user)
• The referred user must complete at least one verified offer
• Referring yourself using multiple email addresses is fraud

5.2 Cash Payouts

Cash payouts (available at certain referral milestones) will be:

• Processed within 14 business days of reaching the milestone
• Paid via PayPal or cryptocurrency at our discretion
• Subject to verification of referral legitimacy
• Withheld if fraud is suspected pending investigation

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time with 7 days notice to active participants.

6. AI-Generated Content

6.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. The AI-generated videos produced from your prompts are provided to you for personal and commercial use subject to these Terms.

6.2 Content License

By generating videos on our platform, you grant FreeVidAI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your generated content as anonymized examples for marketing and demonstration purposes, unless you opt out by contacting us.

6.3 Prohibited Content

You must NOT use our Service to generate:

• Content depicting minors in sexual or inappropriate situations
• Deepfake videos of real individuals without their consent
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech
• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property
• Defamatory content targeting real individuals
• Any content that violates applicable laws

Generating prohibited content will result in immediate permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6.4 No Guarantee of Output

We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated videos. Outputs are provided as-is.

7. Advertising

Our Service displays third-party advertisements. By using our Service, you consent to the display of such advertisements. You agree NOT to:

• Click on advertisements artificially or repeatedly
• Use ad blockers in a way that violates advertiser agreements
• Attempt to manipulate advertising metrics

8. Intellectual Property

Our Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by FreeVidAI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our explicit written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Videos will be generated within any specific timeframe
• The quality of generated videos will meet your expectations
• Third-party offers will be available in your country

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREEVIDAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreeVidAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Content you generate using the Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Your credits are forfeited
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
